Economy

The Economy may be a subject few really understand, but all are directly affected by it. The real meaning of economy is how its policies are being felt at grassroot, public level. The economy’s performance depends on a multitude of factors which make a difference between wealth and poverty; between opportunity and unemployment; between hope and despair. Our opinion leaders were asked what they expect from our representatives in the European Parliament. How can they contribute towards a national and European economy that provides sustainable opportunities for all. And what do YOU think?

L-Ekonomija

L-ekonomija huwa suggett li ftit nies jifhmu sew, imma li kulhadd jigi affettwat minnu. It-tifsira vera ta’ l-ekonomija hija kif il-politika taghha qed tinhass mill-livell tal-pubbliku in generali. L-andament ta’ l-ekonomija jiddependi minn hafna fatturi li jaghmlu differenza bejn gid u faqar; bejn opportunita’ u qaghad; bejn tama u disperazzjoni. L-opinjonisti ta’ 090509 gew mistiqsija dwar x’jistennew mir-rappresentanti Maltin fil-Parlament ewropew, u kif jistghu jikkontribwixxu biex ikollna ekonomija Nazzjonali u Ewropea li tiprrovdi opportunitajiet sostyenibbli ghal kulhadd. U int, x’tahseb?
